Just finished doing 40 minutes of relaxation yoga from my DVD set Yoga for Inflexible People. I normally do a yoga class once a week at work, but since that class has been suspended, I’ve not been getting my regular yoga practice in. I’d forgotten how much it does to ease my stress. Focusing on the movements and stretch of my body, and the breath moving in and out does such wonders for relieving my mind. I would highly recommend it! It takes practice to learn to shut your mind off, and I’m not always successful. But you must be patient with the process and eventually you will get there. Find a quiet spot, light a candle, and relax!
