Boot camp – 8/18/16

Boot camp today was tough as usual. I forgot to write all the workouts down when I got home, so here is my attempt to remember everything we did:

4 rounds:

10 deadlifts (95 pounds)

15 Air squats

20 leg lifts

80 ft med ball carry

 

8 minutes AMRAP:

10 HRPU (hand release push ups)

10 med ball slams

10 KBS (kettlebell swings)

10 Russian twists

 

I can’t remember all of the last set, except that it included SDLHP (sumo dead lift high pulls) & TRX rows…I guess that shows how tired I was by the end of the workout lol!
