Today was an upper body day at small group, the main lift being the push press. My weight for the push press today was 50 pounds. Upper body work is not my strong area, and one of the big reasons I started coming to these classes. Here was our workout for the day:
Doing the assisted push-ups after the push press and face pull was tough! Then there was more arm work during the metcon…but we got it done!!
Great job! I really want to incorporate strength training into my routine….once I get back into a routine! You motivate me every day!
