Small groups, 8/23/16 & 8/25/16

Here are this week’s strength training workouts.  I’m finding that I rather enjoy the planks and plank variations, and jump roping is one of my favorites as well.  My arms & shoulders were tested again on Thursday with those bench presses and overhead presses, phew!  I was quite sore on Friday after that workout.

So what do ya think?
